Ch’íyáqtel is reviewing a rezoning application for Lot 718, currently designated as R1 (Residential Low Density), to be rezoned as MU1 (Mixed-Use Residential)
If approved, permitted Mixed-Use Residential (MU1) uses may include:
- Single-family dwelling units (attached and detached, front-load and rear-load lots)
- Two-family attached dwellings
- Multiple-family attached dwellings
- Apartments, with or without ground-floor commercial use
- Permitted commercial use
- Underground utilities and appurtenances
- Accessory uses and accessory buildings
- Accessory dwelling units
- Off-street parking and off-street loading
